1. Tell us a bit about your background, what led you to a career in real estate? 

My career began in London’s prestigious restaurants, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service and attention to detail. Even during my university years and time managing restaurants, I had a strong personal interest in real estate. Eventually, I realised that my passion for creating exceptional client experiences could translate into the property sector,  especially when it came to helping people make meaningful life decisions. That passion, combined with my drive to serve, led me into real estate, where I continue to put clients at the heart of everything I do.

2. You’ve managed esteemed venues like Park Chinois and Hakkasan. How has that shaped your approach to real estate?

Those venues are built around excellence,  every detail matters. Managing those spaces taught me how to anticipate client needs and exceed expectations. That mindset is invaluable in real estate, where no two clients are the same. I apply the same principles to tailor property solutions that reflect each client’s lifestyle and goals.

3. Since launching REDSTONE Central London in 2023, what’s been your proudest moment so far?

Helping an international investor find their dream home was a defining moment. They had high expectations, and I was able to meet every one of them. Seeing their satisfaction at the end of the journey reminded me why I love this job,  it’s about more than property; it’s about people.

It’s tough to choose, but here are my top five:

5.  From your experience, what are the top three things international buyers look for in a London property?

Three key things stand out:

📍Location – Close to the city centre and well-connected by transport.

🏠Security and Prestige – Buyers want safe neighbourhoods and respected developments.

📈Investment Potential – Capital growth and rental yields are always top of mind.

7. What’s one common misconception people have about investing in London real estate?

8. What advice would you give to someone buying their first London property, especially if they’re based overseas?

Work with someone you trust,  a reliable advisor who understands both the market and your personal goals. The London property landscape can be complex, but with the right support, you can make well-informed, confident decisions.
